Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
• 72+ hours’ notice: No charge
• 48 hours’ notice: 50% of scheduled service
• Same-day cancellation: 75% of scheduled service
• No-shows: 100% of scheduled service
All fees are charged to the card on file.
Membership services must be redeemed within the billing cycle.
Unused services do not roll over.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that month’s membership service and applicable fees. Memberships do not waive cancellation penalties.
